Hello, everyone.I,m going to tell you how was my weeks preparation for the cross.
1. day, 1.week
Day 28, october of 2017
To 18:15 at 18:55
In 40 minutes combine 5 min walking fast + 5 minutes ccs.
This day I did 2.65 km and I burned 318 calories.
This day I went with my cousing and the cousing of my cousing, and we go to the most highest part of the village, we have a lot of fun in this walk.
I didn,t do a big effort.
2. Day, 1. Week
Day 29, october of 2017
To 18:14 at 19:04
10 minutes walking soft + 10 minutes ccs+ 5 minutes walking soft+ 10 minutes ccs+ 5 minutccs continuous race more fast+ 5 minutes ccs
This day I did 3.06 and I burned 387 calories
This day I went alone I went at my grandparents house to my home and I did this path, this day I visited my grandparents and nothing more, I didn,t do any effort
3.Day, 1. Week
Day 30, october of 2017
To 15:33 at 17:03
Ride a bike for 1 hour and 30 minutes very soft but without long stop.
This day I did 9 km and I burned 186 calories
This day I went with my cousing and his cousing for all the village and we was lisening to music. I didn,t do any effort here.

Day 31, october of 2017
To 16:00 at 16:50
5 minutes ccs, after, during 40 minutes combine: 4 minutes ccs+ 1 minutes continuous race fast+ 5 minute ccs.
This day I did 3.53 km and I burned 407 calories.
This day I went with my cousing alone and we went to many sites and lisening to music and we talk some things about our lifes, and nothing more.
I didn,t do a bit effort
2. Day. 2. week
Day 1, november of 2017
To 16:39 at 17:05
25 minutes of continuous race soft.
This day I did 1,56 km and I burned 216 calories.
This day I started alone but I founded my cousing and his cousing and de finished in the fountain and we went to our home. I didn,t do a bit effort.
3. day, 2. Week
Day 2, november of 2017
To 16:21 at 18:06
Ride a bike 1 hour and 45 minutes very soft without long stop.
This day I did 11,54 km and I burned 219 calories.
This day I went alone and I did turn on cicles but I change the path sometimes I enjoy this day because it das a good day for ride a bike. I didn,t do any effort

Day 3, november of 2017
To 16:05 at 17:05
10 minutes ccs, 40 minutes combine 4 minutes+ 1 minute+ 10 minutes.
This day I did 3,9 km and I burned 458 calories.
This day I went with my cousing and we went to all the village and we visitied his grandparents we talk about what he did this morning and nothing more. I didn,t do any effort.
2. Day, 3. Week
Day 4, november of 2017
To 15:08 at 15:46
35 minutes ccs
This day I did 1.78 km and I burned 296 calories.
This day I went alone and I started at my grandparents house and I finish in the hostel and I went in high hills and nothing. I haved a little effort.
3. day, 3. Week
Day 5, november of 2017
To 16:00 at 18:00
Ride a bike 2 hour very soft without long stop.
This day I did 12,32 km and I burned 260 calories.
This day I went with my cousing and his niece, we did a long path through the village and outside of the village. This is the best day of the bike, I did a big effort because there were 2 hours.
